He has served two terms as Vice President of the Metropolitan Real Estate Chamber and is currently a member of the Superior Council of the Real Estate Chamber. His expertise combines technical knowledge, market insight, discretion, and a strong ability to connect investors, developers, and private asset owners.

Simón Piera Rojas

Simón Piera Rojas is a Certified Real Estate Broker and a highly respected figure in the Venezuelan real estate sector. He began his career at the age of 22 and has built more than five decades of experience based on trust, discretion, and long-standing relationships.

His work has been recognized by the Venezuelan Real Estate Chamber, and he currently serves as a member of its Superior Council. Simón has extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial real estate, particularly in premium areas of Caracas such as Caracas Country Club, Valle Arriba, and Las Mercedes.

At Grupo Piera, he leads institutional relations, strategic networking, and high-level client relationships.
